TravelOTrek believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the hotels/flights are non refundable.
  • TravelOTrek does not accept cancellation requests for Flights after 4 hours on the same day and Refundable Hotel bookings before 21 days of check-in.
  • Packages confirmed and cancelled within 21 days of check-in will attract a full cancellation penalty, and no refund will be given.
  • Cancellation before 21 days shall attract fix service charges from TravelOTrek.
  • In case of receipt of any issues in names or dates of flight/ hotels please report the same to our Customer Service team with in 4 hours of booking. You must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 4 hours of receiving the flight ticket/voucher after which it will not be entertained.
  • The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of any Refunds approved by the TravelOTrek, it’ll take 16-30 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
